Job Description :
Responsible for daily sales operation.
Responsible for formulating and implementing the appropriate and effective marketing/ sales strategy to achieves sales target.
Responsible in monitoring sales collection and ensuring customer payment on time
Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining business and social relationship with current and potential clients.
Responsible for regular follow-up with client, presentation to client and close monitoring on sales closure.
Responsible for providing good after-sales service to clients to ensure clients satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsible for providing constant customer’s feedback/request and market update to the management.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualification :
Will focus in East Java Area (Surabaya)
Candidate must possess Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field.
1-2 year’s sales experience (preferably)
A strong interest in Medical/Medical Imaging is an added advantage.
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
Persistent, target oriented, have good communication and interpersonal skill.
Able to convince potential customer based on value selling instead of fighting on price.
Good in closing the deals with customers and collect orders.
Have positive and growth mindset with entrepreneur passion.
Good in time management.
Willing to travel around Indonesia.
Flexible working time, including weekend, if needed.
Have driving license (SIM A).
Possess own transport
Must be good in written dan conversational English
